studio policies & terms

The fine print (but the friendly kind).

We believe great experiences start with clear expectations. These policies help our studio run smoothly while allowing us to prepare the best creative experience for every artist.

REGISTRATION & PAYMENT

A spot in our workshops, camps, classes, or events is reserved once registration and payment have been completed.

Because space is limited, registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

If a program reaches capacity, you're welcome to join our waitlist and we'll contact you if a space becomes available.

WORKSHOPS

Workshop registrations are non-refundable.

Cancellations made at least 14 days before the start of a session will receive a studio credit, valid for one year.

Once a session has begun, refunds, credits, or transfers cannot be issued for missed classes.

Workshop registrations cannot be transferred to another participant.

MAKE-UP CLASSES

Life happens—we get it!

If your child misses a workshop, they may attend the same class on another weekday during that same week, provided space is available.

Because the same weekly project is taught Monday through Thursday, artists won't miss any of the creative experience.

Make-up classes cannot be carried over into future weeks or future sessions.

DAY CAMPS & SCHOOL BREAK CAMPS

Creative Day Camps, Teacher Workday Camps, Thanksgiving Camp, Winter Camp, and Spring Camp are non-refundable.

Cancellations made at least 14 days before the camp start date will receive a studio credit valid for one year.

No refunds or credits will be issued for missed camp days.

Camp registrations are non-transferable.

SIP & CREATE WORKSHOPS

Reservations are non-refundable.

If you're unable to attend, please contact us at least 48 hours before your workshop. When possible, we'll happily transfer your reservation to another Sip & Create workshop.

Participants must be 18 years or older.

Guests 21 years and older are welcome to bring beer, wine, or other alcoholic beverages for their own enjoyment. Participants ages 18–20 are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages only.

Please drink responsibly and help us maintain a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for everyone.

PRIVATE PARTIES & EVENTS

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date.

If plans change, we'll do our best to accommodate one reschedule based on studio availability.

Final guest counts and balances are due prior to your event.

The host is responsible for any intentional damage to the studio caused by guests.

CLOTHING

Dress for a creative mess!

We recommend wearing clothing you don't mind getting a little colorful.

Art House is not responsible for damaged clothing or personal belongings.

WELLNESS

The health of our artists and staff is important to us.

If your artist isn't feeling well, we kindly ask that they stay home and join us another time whenever possible.

RESPECTING OUR STUDIO

We strive to create a welcoming, safe, and positive environment where everyone feels comfortable creating.

Participants are expected to treat fellow artists, instructors, staff, studio materials, and the space with kindness and respect.

If a participant's behavior repeatedly disrupts the experience or creates an unsafe environment, Art House reserves the right to remove the participant from the class, camp, workshop, or event. In these situations, refunds or studio credits will not be issued.

PHOTOGRAPHY

Throughout the year, we love capturing creative moments in the studio to share on our website, social media, and other promotional materials.

If you prefer that you or your artist not be photographed, simply let us know during registration, and we'll happily honor your request.

CONTACT INFORMATION

Please keep your contact information, emergency contacts, medical information, and authorized pickup information up to date so we can provide the safest experience possible.

STUDIO CANCELLATIONS

In the rare event that Art House must cancel a class, workshop, camp, or event due to instructor illness or unforeseen circumstances, families will receive the option of a make-up class, studio credit, or refund, depending on the situation.

If Palm Beach County schools close due to severe weather or emergency conditions, Art House may also cancel classes. Families will be notified as soon as possible, and a make-up class or studio credit will be provided when applicable.

POLICY UPDATES

Policies may be updated periodically as our studio grows and evolves.
